Just in time for the holidays, secure special discounts for your holiday shopping - and as a bonus, 100% of the proceeds go to your BCES PTA.
Who knew shopping could be so beneficial for our kids?!
Here’s how it works: Our BCES families sell tickets for $5 each to an exclusive shopping day on Saturday, November 5th, during special morning hours. Exclusive discounts are available to ticket holders that day, and the ticket is a $5 coupon good at any register.
100% of the money we raise goes directly to our BCES PTA. Most fundraising methods only net you a percentage of total sales, so it is significant that we are earning 100%. Let’s make the most of this opportunity!
Tickets will be on sale between now and November 4th. There are several ways to purchase them:
(1) A flyer & ticket are being distributed to each child in their classroom.
(2) We will sell Belk's tickets in the school lobby during the Brier Creek Speaker’s Forum on September 29th.
(3) We can sign out tickets so you can sell to family and friends. Fill out the form below and we will have them delivered to your child's classroom!

Calling all 5th grade families!
This fundraiser supports the 5th grade DC trip - so we need your help!
Every 5th grade family is encouraged to participate either through a ticket purchase or by actively selling on behalf of the program. Here's more information about this fundraiser:
Selling points:
- 100% of the ticket sale goes directly to our PTA in support of our DC trip
- Ticket holders get their $5 back when they make a purchase on this shopping day
- Shoppers get exclusive discounts of between 20 - 70%
