Spring Carnival
The PTA will be conducting its annual Spring Carnival & Silent Auction on Friday, May 14 from 4:00PM until 8:00PM. This event provides a great evening of fun for families, friends, and school staff. It is also a critical fundraising event for the PTA so please join us!
Friday Folder Spring Carnival Announcement
Information will be sent home in your child’s Friday folder during the week of March 22 for tracks 2, 3 & 4, and the week of March 29 for track 1. Here is the announcement in case you missed it!
Pre-Sale Spring Carnival Ticket & T-Shirt Form
Avoid the ticket line and take advantage of FREE tickets and t-shirts by pre-purchasing carnival tickets! Complete this form and have your child bring it in an envelope with your payment to their teacher by April 19 for track 3 or May 3 for tracks 1, 2, & 4. Don’t forget to let us know if you can volunteer the day of the event!

We are still in need of volunteers willing to help make this year’s Spring Carnival a smashing success! The following subcommittees are looking for help:

Silent Auction
One of the primary fundraising activities at the Spring Carnival is the Silent Auction, and we need your help! We are asking parents to list anything that they would be willing to donate for the auction. We already have a resort vacation in Florida and a car on the auction block! Let’s add as many great auction items as we can so that we can raise important money for our school.

Track Basket Raffle
This year we have changed the format of the class donation basket to that of a track donation basket. The BCES staff will also donate a basket. These 5 INCREDIBLE baskets will be raffled off during the Spring Carnival.
This year's basket themes are:
- Track 1: Let’s Pamper Her
- Track 2: What’s In Store?
- Track 3: Family Night
- Track 4: Parents Date Night
